Witchpad is a polyphonic MIDI controller that translates subtle variations in finger pressure into expressive musical input through an array of 133 pressure sensors. Its Wicki-Hayden layout provides a wide tonal range and consistent fingering within a compact surface. The sensor matrix, electronics, silicone keypad, enclosure, and software were developed as an integrated system, exploring new possibilities for tactile interaction and performance in digital instruments.
